I know this is about the fourth tree of some kind I have done for my Advent challenge, but I love trees. Especially Christmas trees, I think they are magical.

I have had a sneaky morning watching cooking programmes in my pyjamas, so a food advent calendar image today...

It is pouring with rain today, so it is raincoat and hood time here. I hope you have better weather where you are and at the very least that you are nice and dry.

A late one again today.

I painted something this morning, but I wasn't happy with it. I almost gave up on the Advent Challenge.

I found one grain of creativity in my brain and drew this this evening. I didn't want to fail the challenge.

Inspired by my cousin's adoption of two cat sisters. I can't wait to meet them. Here is one of them getting in the festive spirit.

How cool is she, all gold and glittery! Her current BFF is Ms Egyptian cat.

I hope you enjoy this little retreat to the snow-covered woods today. I will spend the day dreaming of living in such an isolated spot in the middle of a forest, reading by the roaring fire.
